Check for Broken Links and Other Issues

Direct Mail can check your message for broken links, missing subjects, missing "from" names, and other common problems that might trigger spam filters or otherwise hurt deliverability.

Check Your Message

  1. Select the message
  2. Click the Optimize button in the toolbar
  3. Select Check for Mistakes

A window will appear that listing any issues found. After correcting the issue, click Check Again to re-test your message.

Remember that there are many factors that influence how a spam filter evaluates your message. The most important thing is to ensure that your mailing list meets our requirements and that the content of your message is engaging and relevant to what your subscribers signed up for.
