Importing templates from Apple Mail

This help article is for an old version of Direct Mail.

Direct Mail supports all of Apple Mail's templates (or "stationery", in Apple Mail parlance). By default, all of your Apple Mail stationery should automatically appear in Direct Mail's template chooser—you do not need to import it manually.

If you have Apple Mail stationery that does not automatically appear in Direct Mail, you can import it manually. Here's how:

  1. Open Direct Mail
  2. Choose Window > Integrations
  3. Scroll through the list of integrations until you find and select "Mail"
  4. Click "Import Stationery"

Your Apple Mail stationery will be imported into Direct Mail and will appear in the template chooser.
